The event is sponsored by two community organizations. Friends of Clarksville Main Street a 501c3 non-profit organization and PRIDE . The only fund raising is by the local charity groups who operate the food booths.

Artist will be provided a free 10' x 10' space to show and sell your artwork on the square in the Historic Downtown/Main Street District of Clarksville, Texas.

When a space is assigned to an artist this information will be put up on our Artists Page. We can also include a link to your own web site on the Artist Page if you like.

Once again a "Best in Show" prize of $200 will be awarded to one of the artists.

Last year we had more than 30 participating artists from Annona, Avery, Ballard, Blossom, Clarksville, Dallas, Detroit, Mt. Vernon, Paris and Sulphur Springs displaying their paintings, graphics, prints, sculptures, jewelry, fiber, wood and clay artwork.

The Festival is an outdoor event held on the grass on the City Square. In addition to the artist exhibits we have live music performances in the center of the Square during the event. Artists are given a 10'x10' space on the grass of the City Square. Exhibitors need to provide their own booth to show their work (easels, tables, shelves, etc.) as well as their own canopy if they want one. We have had great weather the last two years, but in the event of rain booths can move from the center of the Square to beneath the canopies in front of business around the Square.
